What Do I Lay Before the Throne?

Scripture: Revelations 4: [10] the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:

Observation: How do I worship God each Day. Do I sing his praises, obey each command, think of Him constantly giving Him thanks? So what do I lay before the throne that would show my love? I can’t think of anything that I do on a regular basis that shows my love and that worships Him. I have my moments where I honor and worship God, but it should be constantly like we will be doing in heaven.

Application: In heaven I will be worshiping my Lord constantly and it’s time to start right now. He is building me a place in heaven because He loves me, I should be preparing a place in my heart where He can dwell. He laid down His life and I need to lay down my crown at His feet in worship.

Prayer: Dear Lord forgive me of my preoccupation of this world. Show me how to worship you each day and bring others closer to you through my worship. You are worthy of all of my love, all my praise, all of my obedience and all my time.
