Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.<\/p>\n<p>Observation: I have a difficult time standing firm.  I\u2019m swayed so easy mostly by my thoughts and worries.  I don\u2019t do the Lord\u2019s work most of the time because I\u2019m so preoccupied by my life here, yet when I do the Lord\u2019s work it is the best part of my life.  My blessings come from when I\u2019m doing what I\u2019m supposed to be doing for the Lord and feel good about myself because I don\u2019t feel I\u2019m wasting what God has given me.<\/p>\n<p>Application: I need to stand firm in what I know I should be doing for my Lord.  I need to sop feeling overwhelmed all the time.  God will give me strength if I\u2019m in his will and he\u2019ll make it happen if I just make myself available to Him.  <\/p>\n<p>Prayer: Dear Lord I need you to guide me on serving you.  To labor in your name fulfilling the purpose you have given me.  I can\u2019t do it on my own only through your strength and love.
