Observation: I want to do everything the Lord commands me but I don\u2019t. I get involved in my own agenda and forget about God\u2019s. I can only imagine if I did everything the Lord commands me how wonderful my life would be knowing that I was always in God\u2019s will. It\u2019s not like I don\u2019t know what He wants of me I just do things that I would either rather do or that I\u2019m too lazy to honor God by doing what He wants me to do. God won\u2019t force me to follow Him, but He can\u2019t bless me either when I don\u2019t obey Him.<\/p>\n
Application: I\u2019m only here because God commands me to be here. I have no purpose other than God\u2019s and this life would be a waste if I don\u2019t do what He has created me for. I need to get up each morning with a desire to be obedient and to follow each of His commands so that I may reach my goal of fulfilling my Lord\u2019s purpose for this life.<\/p>\n
Prayer: Dear Lord I am your servant, your slave and creation. Take me by the hand and have me do the things that you desire. Thank you for making your commands visible in my life. Give me the strength and perseverance to follow through each day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
