Scripture Proverbs 1:5 A wise man will hear and increase learning, And a man of understanding will attain wise counsel, <\/p>\n
Observation: A wise man will learn and not necessarily teach. I don\u2019t listen very well if someone is speaking to me, I\u2019m already planning what I\u2019m going to say. I think I know so much when in reality I know very little, because I\u2019m not willing to stop and listen to others. <\/p>\n
Application: I need to be humble and stop talking and really listen and learn. If I can just keep my mouth shut and my ears opened and hear what is being said, then discern it and learn from it. There is so much more I need to know to be a good Christian and God has surrounded me with people that can teach me what I need to know.<\/p>\n
Prayer: My Lord humble your servant before you. Close my mouth and open my ears to hear. Speak to me Lord and teach me the things you desire me to know. I\u2019m you creation, your servant, your child and your student, may I learn from you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
