Scripture Ezekiel 7:19 \u2018They will throw their silver into the streets,
\nAnd their gold will be like refuse;
\nTheir silver and their gold will not be able to deliver them
\nIn the day of the wrath of the LORD;
\nThey will not satisfy their souls,
\nNor fill their stomachs,
\nBecause it became their stumbling block of iniquity. <\/p>\n
Observation: Today it seems like the only thing that matters is money. Satan has used it to buy chaos, death and division in our land. The rich do as they please and don\u2019t even make excuses anymore for the evil that they do. There will be a time when it\u2019s too late and Jesus will come for His people and money will not buy their way out of hell.<\/p>\n
Application: I need to stop striving for money, knowing God will take care of me. I don\u2019t need things, what I need is guidance from God. I need to use what God blesses me with for His glory and to share His love with others. I need to know my possessions aren\u2019t really mine, but are gifts from God on loan to share with His children. <\/p>\n
Prayer My Lord take any selfishness from me and help me be generous. May I not be focused on the things of this world where rust and moths destroy, but build up treasures in Heaven.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
