Scripture Jonah 1:6 So the captain came to him, and said to him, \u201cWhat do you mean, sleeper? Arise, call on your God; perhaps your God will consider us, so that we may not perish.\u201d <\/p>\n
Observation: Have God\u2019s children become so content with our salvation that we are sleeping through this life? Do we rise and call on God for others that are perishing? God has said if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves pray and seek His face. God hasn\u2019t called the world, but His people to make the difference in what is to happen to this country and world. God is waiting for His children before He heals this land and to save those that will perish.<\/p>\n
Application: Every child of God needs to be obedient to what God commands of us, but it is one Christian at a time. I need to pray each day for this country and make others aware of my heavenly Father. We are each called to a purpose and I need to fulfill mine.<\/p>\n
Prayer Dear Father I humbly come before you and now pray and seek your face. I will turn from my wicked ways and beg for forgiveness. If it is your will, please Father heal this land as you hear this prayer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
