Scripture 1 Thessalonians 1:10 and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come. <\/p>\n
Observation: I can\u2019t wait to see Jesus and go home. However, the key word here is wait and that it is in His timing and not mine. The world has become a terrible place with all the evil surrounding us and we deserve God\u2019s wrath. Our job as Christians is to help others see Jesus as our Savior and that He rose from the dead to bring us home to Him.<\/p>\n
Application: I need to be about my Father\u2019s business and shine a light wherever I go. To be the example God has called me to be and to be faithful on waiting for my Lord and to trust in God\u2019s timing and wait.<\/p>\n
Prayer My Lord help give me the strength and faith I need to wait on You. Keep me busy and doing what You have called me to do and that I will be doing your will when You return.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
