He listens to the godly man who does his will.<\/p>\n<p>Observation: God may hear everyone but He chooses to listen to the ones who want to do his will.  I\u2019m still a sinner and I prove that each day.  When I\u2019m in that sinful state God doesn\u2019t listen because I\u2019m not listening to Him.  I truly want to do God\u2019s will and when I do cry out, He hears and guides me.<\/p>\n<p>Application: When I feel God isn\u2019t listening, I need to ask myself am I doing God\u2019s will or mine?  I\u2019m not ignorant I know God\u2019s will, He makes it clear I have no excuses.<\/p>\n<p>Prayer: Lord hear my cry and guide me each day to be in your will.
