And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>Observation: I like to do what is good, but I don\u2019t devote myself to it.  I seem to do good when I\u2019m thinking about it and when it doesn\u2019t interfere with what I want.  God is so trustworthy and faithful in all He does and He deserves all my love, praise and obedience, yet I give so little.<\/p>\n<p>Application: In everything I do I need to devote myself in doing what is good and right.  Looking for the right way and not a short cut.  Devoting myself to doing good and not living only for me.<\/p>\n<p>Prayer: My Lord guide me each day to do what is good in your eyes.
