All your riches and splendor have vanished, never to be recovered.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Observation: I still spend too much time trying to attain the riches of this world.  I keep looking at cars, which I don\u2019t need.  I make my house a prize possession, yet when the Lord calls me home all of it is lost.  Why can\u2019t I let it go and use the money God has given me to build my treasures in heaven?  Why spend so much on something I will lose?<\/p>\n<p>Application: I need to think before I spend, do I need this, what else could I do with this money that would glorify God?  I\u2019m only here for a short while longer, I need to get busy to finish what God has called me to do.<\/p>\n<p>Prayer: My Lord all that I have comes from you and belongs to you.
