Keeping in God’s Love

Scripture: Jude 1 [21] Keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.

Observation: I need to keep myself in God’s love, in other words I must make a commitment to stay in God’s love. I need to realize each day that God does love me no matter what I do and he deserves my love and obedience. I need to focus why I’m here and it’s only because God wants me here and has a purpose for my life.

Application: To live in God’s love and realize the mercy he has shown me and shows me each day. Then show that love to others, always giving God the credit and directing others to Him.

Prayer: My Lord I know am not worthy of your love, yet you love me anyway. May I live a life in your love knowing that you are always with me.
