Satan an Angel of Light

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 11: [14] And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.

Observation: Not just that Satan masquerades as an angel of light, but also causes situations that appear that they may be of God are from him. I’ll take advice that sounds good because it’s what I want to hear and not of God. Each day things happen that I want to reason was God’s calling, but leads me the wrong way.

Application: I need to discern each situation and pray about my decisions to make sure I’m not be fooled by Satan. Time is slipping away I need to finish this race well and need to stay on God’s path, not mine or a false angel of light.

Prayer: My Lord guide me each day and draw me near. May the only voice I hear be yours.
