The Reason for Hope

Scripture: 1 Peter 3:15 But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give a reason for the hope that you have, But do this with gentleness and respect.

Observation: I never thought of being prepared to give an answer why Christ makes a difference in my life. God works in us but He expects us to do some work also. I should prepare for any situation that may come up for the reason of my faith and the change in my life And trust the Holy Spirit will speak through me.

Application: I need to meditate on all Christ has done for me where I would be without Him and how He speaks to me. Give a reason why I know He lives and be prepared with scriptures that will help others,

Prayer: My Lord give me wisdom to prepare to do your will in spreading the gospel. Open the door today that I may give a good testimony to someone of your love.
