I Want to Please God

Scripture: Hebrews 11:[6] And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Observation: I want to please God more than anything, yet my lack of faith at times makes that impossible. I have moments each day when my faith fails me and my thoughts turn to negativity and worry. I know God exists and that He loves me, but my actions at times deny that and people would see that and doubt my faith.

Application: My faith should be based on the love God has for me and shows me all the time. My past should be basis enough for faith, the way He saves me over and over again. I need to have faith in all situations not just some or even most, but all. The more faith I have the closer I will draw to my Father.

Prayer: Dear Lord I believe, help my unbelief and increase my faith. Fill me with the Holy Spirit and always have on my mind and heart you faithfulness in my life.
