Walk in the Spirit

Scripture Galatians 5:16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

Observation: If I stay close to the Holy Spirit and seek Him each day, I will be able to avoid any temptation that Might come my way. It’s when I’m not focusing on God that I get in trouble and stray. The Holy Spirit is my guide and teacher and He will show me the way and keep me on the path to God.

Application: Each day I speak to the Holy Spirit and continue to talk to Him as we walk down the stand. If I get distracted or my thoughts go astray, I catch myself and return to the Spirit and get my focus right. I realize without the Spirt I couldn’t even come close to living a godly life.

Prayer Thank you Holy Spirit for always being there for me. Be with me today as we walk and tell me things I need to learn and keep me away from the things I need to avoid. I look forward to being with you today.
